New Workday Feature
Hi everyone,
With the Performance Review cycle starting in just a few weeks, I wanted to let you know about an exciting new feature in Workday that can help showcase the good work you've done.
On February 1, you will have access to the new Key Accomplishments feature. This tool allows you to upload a list of your accomplishments from the current performance review cycle, giving your supervisor an easy way to see the work you're most proud of.
You will see Key Accomplishments show up as a task when you open Workday. While it's optional to complete, the Human Resources team created it to empower you. I'm hopeful you will use it to contribute to your performance review in a meaningful way.
As a reminder, there are some important changes to the Performance Review process, which I summarized in an email last month. One difference is the timing. Managers will have from February 15 to March 31 to complete reviews this year and then a new cycle will start on April 1. This means you'll ideally want to submit your Key Accomplishments by February 15.
