Earlier today, the Board of Supervisors approved a Pay-for-Performance plan that provides raises for employees who are successfully performing their jobs.
I know from working closely with board members, day after day, that they value the work you do and want you to be compensated fairly for it. So, if you are a classified, unclassified, or contract employee, have a current performance evaluation rated “successful” or above, and have been at the County for a year, you are eligible for a pay raise in FY 2025. Pay increases will be effective on July 8 and will start showing up on paychecks on July 31.
