The Living the Mission, Vision & Values (MVV) workgroup was comprised of staff from every HSD Neighborhood. They collaborated and created a teambuilder to facilitate in each of our Department’s neighborhoods. Their goal was to uncover how each of us individually or as teams display the mindsets, and True North of our shared Unity of Direction; HSD’s Mission, Vision, Values and Leadership Principles in the work we do every day.
