Maricopa County is always on the lookout for people wanting to make a difference in their careers. The County has career opportunities at every level across 50 departments looking to fill open positions. One of the largest employers in Arizona, the County is actively recruiting in a wide variety of fields such as administrative support, IT, education, trades, healthcare, finance, and more.
That’s why we are hosting our inaugural 2023 Career Fair & Community Expo 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Feb. 15 at Chase Field. The Career Fair is a huge opportunity for your department to showcase job openings. From on-site interviews to meeting candidates exploring hundreds of different types of jobs, the Career Fair is also the perfect event to share information about County benefits.
In addition to finding careers, attendees can learn about County services and programs that benefit individuals and families in the region such as rent and utility assistance, free and low-cost health care, early education, and pet adoptions and reunifications. Build the excitement! We encourage employees to invite friends and family members to the event.
Date: Wednesday, February 15
Time: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Location: Chase Field, Free Parking

Activities For All Ages
The Career Fair & Community Expo is child friendly. Kids can meet and take pictures with Air Quality's Gus T. Breeze then learn about MCSO's SWAT Team, all while Mom and Dad are interviewing for their next big break! Meanwhile, love birds fresh off of Valentine's Day can make memories to last a lifetime and tie the knot at Chase Field!
Also, don't forget this event is open for current employees to visit the career fair for themselves. With an organization like ours, a new career doesn't have to involve a new employer. Career advancement can be achieved from within the County, without needing to give up the great benefits we get as County employees.
Plus, there will be free vaccinations. The Career Fair is free and open to all employees and members of the public, so don't miss out!
