Fall Open Enrollment

Fall Open Enrollment is from October 17 - November 4, 2022; it is a passive enrollment

October 17 – November 4

Due to the Plan Year changing to calendar year, employees will have another opportunity to enroll or make changes to their benefit plans.

Fall Open Enrollment is passive this time, which means, if you like your current benefits, you don’t have to make any changes. Benefits will automatically rollover.

Exceptions: FSA and HSA accounts do not rollover. These plans require annual election.

Review each plan summary and make informed decisions.

The choices you make now will impact your coverage from January 1 – December 31, 2023. If you miss the Open Enrollment window, you will have to wait until the next Open Enrollment period (in the Fall of 2023) to make changes. No exceptions.

If you wish to enroll NEW dependents during Open Enrollment, you must add and verify those dependents before enrolling them into Workday. Enrollment must be completed by November 4. You are encouraged to ADD your new dependents to Workday NOW.  Click here for quick tips on how to do that.

Contact Employee Benefits at 602-506-1010 or email (benefits@maricopa.gov) for assistance.
