End of Support for Outdated TraCS Clients
CUSTOMER ACTION NEEDED
The TraCS team will be ending support for all TraCS clients below TraCS Version 20.01.17 and TraCS Pack Version 22-04.3 with the May TraCS release. All computers on which continued TraCS access is desired must be updated to the current available version before Monday, May 30, 2022. Any machines not updated prior to this date will need to be referred to the Operations Center for reinstallation to restore access.
To verify the current TraCS version:
If TraCS is currently logged in: Click the “Help” tab in the ribbon. Click the “About TraCS” button. The TraCS Version and TraCS Pack Version are listed underneath the TraCS logo.
If TraCS is not currently logged in: Open the application. On the login window, click the ellipses (…) in the upper-right corner. The current TraCS Version and TraCS Pack Version are displayed in the lower half of the information window.

Impact to Users:
