In March of 2022, Workday will replace ADP as the system used to track time, absence, pay, and other related functions.

The steps required to record or request an absence and complete timecards will be significantly reduced. There will no longer be the need to add additional rows of telecommuting time on a timecard, and employees and managers can easily access vacation balances and time off requests from one screen.
Simplicity
Drop-down menus, pre-populated options, expanded paycode features, and keyword-based searching eliminates common errors and significantly reduces time spent completing timecards, absence requests, and finding pay information.
Accuracy
Employee data, including payroll, benefits, and timekeeping information, is in a single, seamless system. Eliminating transfer of data between systems minimizes errors, meaning fewer corrections and adjustments after the fact.
