 The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the FY 2027 budget yesterday.
Here are a few highlights:
- Lowering the property tax rate
- Investing in critical services
- Managing significant increased state-mandated costs
- Maintaining one of the lowest employee-to-resident ratios of any large county in America
This budget is proof that innovation, efficiency, and great customer service can go hand-in-hand with fiscal responsibility. A huge thank you to our employees who continue finding ways to serve a growing county while protecting taxpayers.
