Water and Waste Management Division Goal Plan Review Turnaround Times
The Water and Waste Management Division (WWMD) is pleased to announce the launch of a new webpage dedicated to providing transparency regarding our goal plan review turnaround times for all WWMD programs.
The Plan Review Turnaround Times webpage is now available and provides customers with clear expectations for both administrative and substantive review timeframes across all WWMD program areas, including:
-
Onsite-Solid Waste (Notice of Intent to Discharge, Domestic Wells, Abandonments, Solid Waste Applications)
-
Pools (New Construction, Remodels, Ownership Changes)
-
Subdivision (Water/Sewer ATC, Plan Review Waivers, Health Certificates)
-
Treatment (Drinking Water Projects, Wastewater Treatment Construction Plans)
-
Drinking Water (NSA Applications, New PWS Applications, Ownership Changes)
The webpage clearly defines our goal turnaround times for the initial administrative and substantive review, measured in workdays (excluding weekends and holidays). Any current exceedances will be noted on the webpage if a program is not meeting its goal turnaround time. This resource demonstrates WWMD's commitment to providing efficient, transparent service to our customers and stakeholders.
