ADEQ has provided a new Uniform Site Investigation Report (USIR) form that soil evaluators will be required to use starting in March 2026. A requirement of the new report is that the report include geotagged photographs of the excavation sites. Other changes to the form include the addition of a column for color, a language correction to “moist consistence”, and the removal of “dry consistency” on Attachment 1. Please use the following link to download the new form.

Correction to the information on "Looking for clarification on who can submit Certificates of Completion for an alternative onsite wastewater treatment facility?"
In the last Water Works Bulletin, it was stated that ADEQ provided clarification on this topic. This should be corrected to ADEQ published the information in the Notice for Rule Making published May 2023, and that it was not a clarification.
