Supervisor Lesko on Senate Bill 1011 / House Bill 2703
On February 13, I joined Senate President Warren Petersen, Supervisor Mark Stewart, and Recorder Justin Heap in urging Governor Hobbs to sign SB 1011 / HB 2703, common-sense legislation to speed up election results and boost voter confidence. Inexplicably, Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill, so AZ Republican Legislators are now planning to take the measure straight to the ballot.

Supervisor Lesko Meets with Judge Joseph Welty and Ray Billotte
 I had a great meeting with Presiding Judge of the Judicial Branch in Maricopa County Joseph Welty and Judicial Branch Administrator Ray Billotte. The Judicial Branch of Arizona is responsible for the operational oversight of both general and limited jurisdiction courts in Maricopa County.
Meeting with Constituents
 I truly enjoy getting out and connecting with my constituents and local organizations! I'm excited to continue engaging with communities across my district and working together for positive change.
West Valley Mayors and Managers Meeting
 I enjoyed meeting with other local officials at the West Valley Mayors and Managers Meeting, which was hosted by the City of Tolleson. Great collaboration and information from all involved. Our best days are ahead!

Vai Resort Tour
 Last week, I had the privilege of touring the Vai Resort in Glendale. This place is going to be a can't-miss destination in the West Valley when it's complete. Looking forward to seeing the finished product in the near future!
