I was honored to take part in the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Valleywise Behavioral Health Center Outpatient Specialty Clinic in Mesa!
Keynote Speaker HBACA
I had a wonderful time delivering the keynote address at the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona’s annual luncheon. I conveyed the main theme of my Chairmanship, which is working hard to ensure the prosperity and safety of County residents. As such, I spoke about my plans to help improve recruitment and retention at the Sheriff’s office and the modernization of County zoning ordinances, which should be helpful in facilitating the construction of more housing. Thanks for the invite, HBACA!
 
Scottsdale: Celebrating Arizona at Parada Del Sol
This month, I had the honor of walking in the 71st Annual Parada Del Sol in Scottsdale to celebrate Arizona’s 113th birthday. I was joined by State Senator Caine Werner, Representative Matt Gress, State Senator Lauren Kuby, and other esteemed Arizona leaders. It was a wonderful day to connect with our community and celebrate our state's rich history!
 
Mesa: Gilbert Road Bridge Opening
I am excited to announce that construction on the Gilbert Road Bridge between Mesa and State Route 87 (Beeline Highway) has been completed and all lanes on the bridge are now open!
