Supervisor's Message
As we mark the 23rd anniversary of the September 11th attacks, it is a moment for reflection, honor, and unity. This tragic day in 2001 forever changed the lives of countless individuals and left an indelible mark on our nation and the world.
In remembering 9/11, we honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost and pay tribute to the heroes—first responders, firefighters, police officers, and everyday civilians—who demonstrated astonishing bravery and selflessness. We also extend our thoughts and support to the families and loved ones impacted by the tragedy; their strength and resilience continue to inspire us every day.
This solemn anniversary is a powerful reminder of the profound sense of unity and compassion that arose in the aftermath of the attacks. In the face of immense adversity, communities came together, strangers supported one another, and a spirit of solidarity emerged—a testament to the enduring strength of the human spirit.
As we move forward, let us carry forward the lessons of 9/11: the importance of coming together, offering support to those in need, and fostering a sense of unity and understanding. Let this day renew our commitment to building a world marked by peace, respect, and cooperation.
In remembrance of that fateful day, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect, to express gratitude for the freedoms we cherish, and to practice acts of kindness in honor of those we lost.
Thank you for being a part of our community. Let us continue to support one another and strive for a more united and compassionate world.
With gratitude and solidarity,
