Conclusion of Summer Sports Program

Saturday, July 27th was the last day for Supervisor Gallardo's Summer Sports Program. This year we had a great group of players from 4th - 8th grade. Everyone was competitive and had a great time during our program. The volunteer high school coaches enjoyed working with the players to improve their skills and lead them to victories on game days. Everyone had an amazing time this summer and we hope to do it again next year!

Grand Opening of Downtown Family Health Center Expansion

Supervisor Gallardo recently attended the grand opening of the expansion for the Downtown Family Health Center. During the tour he was able to witness the true impact this expansion will have on the community. This project has the capacity to be of service to so many Maricopa County residents and the aid will only grow from here.

You can view anything from your registration status to your ballot status and this useful tool can help mitigate any missteps to ensure a smooth election process. The Maricopa County Library District offers many services and gives residents the opportunity to embrace their love of reading. Maricopa County facilitates free heat relief stations across the County. There are also access to heat reports, the ability to sign up for heat warning alerts, and much more on our website. Avondale Blank Canvas Summer Showcase

The City of Avondale is hosting its 3rd annual Blank Canvas Summer Showcase. This event is an art expo where participants are given a blank canvas to let their creativity flourish. Although registration to participate has closed, this will be a great family event to see beautiful work from the community. The event will take place on August 8th from 5:30pm - 6:30pm at the Avondale Civic Center Complex. For more information, please click the link below.
