Maricopa County Announces our New Permit Center! |
Maricopa County is excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new online permitting system, Permit Center! Permit Center is designed to better serve residents, developers, contractors, consultants, and anyone else who does business with Maricopa County. It will consolidate various existing permitting systems in use across multiple county departments into a single, comprehensive platform. You'll be able to check in here for all of your permitting and planning needs, including reviews, inspections, invoice payments, and more.
County departments that will be using Permit Center include Environmental Services (ENV), Planning & Development (PND), the Flood Control District (FCD) and the Department of Transportation (MCDOT). Air Quality (AQ) permits will continue to be managed in the system they are currently using today.
Although Permit Center's go-live date is a ways away, we want to provide early notice to ensure a seamless transition from old systems to the new Permit Center. Visit the Permit Center site frequently, where valuable information, resources, and guidance will be provided to help you navigate the changeover. You can also sign up for email updates to get announcements on the latest news regarding the system.
We can’t wait for you to experience Maricopa County’s new and user-friendly Permit Center! Thank you in advance for your patience as we embark on this exciting journey.

Here's What We Know...
HB2042 is a new law in Arizona. It expands the current cottage food law to allow certain foods that require temperature control (perishable foods). While the Arizona Department of Health Services writes rules consistent with the new law, you may CLICK HERE to view a document with a few questions and answers we can provide based on provisions from the bill.
