The Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) posted a Notice of Stakeholder Workshop (with draft rule attached) on the Maricopa County Enhanced Regulatory Outreach Program website. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss proposed revisions to Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations, Rule 338 (Semiconductor Manufacturing).
The workshop will be held remotely on February 6, 2024, utilizing Go-To-Webinar and will begin at 9 a.m. For more information on how to attend the workshop remotely, please view the Notice of Stakeholder Workshop for Rule 338.
