Tiarra's Departure
On November 28th, the Office held a farewell celebration to honor outgoing Communications Supervisor, Tiarra Earls Haas. As Communications Supervisor, Tiarra managed a team of three and oversaw all communication strategy for the office. At the celebration, Tiarra was honored with two awards to recognize her contributions to the Office. She is leaving the Clerk's Office after spending nearly five years in service. She will be traveling the country after her departure, so make sure to wish her good luck in her new adventures!

Holiday Drive
![Holiday Donation Drive](https://content.govdelivery.com/attachments/fancy_images/AZMARIC/2022/10/6651793/4401304/4_crop.png) Holiday Drive donation boxes have been decked once again in the Office halls allowing employees to make it a fa-la-la-la-labulous holiday season for those in need in the community. The Employee Recognition and Engagement Work Group is conducting the Office’s Annual Holiday Drive allowing employees who want to engage in the effort the opportunity to provide socks/toiletries for the homeless and new toys for children in the community. Donation boxes are currently set up in the following Breakrooms/areas:
- Central Court Building, Breakrooms
- Customer Service Center, Breakrooms
- Downtown Justice Center, Breakroom
- Durango Juvenile, Breakrooms
- Northwest, Breakrooms
- Northeast, Entrance near Breakroom
- South Court Tower, 12th Floor Breakroom
- Southeast Adult
- Southeast Juvenile
The following are summaries of each Holiday Drive activity:
Socks Drive Nov. 7 - Dec. 6
For this engaging activity, employees may donate new pairs of socks and/or toiletry items (soap, shampoo, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, lotion, tissues, etc.) that will be distributed to the homeless in the community through the Shoebox Program.
Toys for Tots Nov. 13 - Dec. 11
For this engaging activity, employees may donate new, unwrapped toys, which will distributed to children in the community in need through the Toys for Tots Program.
The results of the Holiday Drive will be posted in the December Record Times.
