Fahmida is a civil engineer who has joined us from Environmental Services as the Floodplain Permitting Branch Manager. Prior to coming to the District, she worked for a private firm and the AZ Department of Environmental Quality where she worked on LOMR, CLOMR and other drainage design elements.
She loves to garden and is especially fond of cacti. She also loves to read and travel.
