From Jen Pokorski, County Manager
This year, we are partnering with 60 non-profit organizations that have a proven track record of making a positive impact in our community. Their missions align with the county's strategic priorities. In fact, many of them work alongside our departments addressing the big issues in our community: housing and food insecurity, education, healthcare, re-entry programs for justice-involved individuals, services for our veterans, and much more.
During last year’s campaign, county staff donated more than $219,000 to our partner non-profits. This year, we’d like to hit $225,000--a quarter of a million dollars in support of our community!
We’ve made participating easy. Just visit the online portal, decide what organization you’d like to support and the amount you’d like to give, and choose whether to pay via credit card or payroll deduction.
