 Retirement Rate Changes
As the new Fiscal Year approaches, there will be some changes to the retirement rates. All DC plans stay the same, the only changes are to Legacy and LTD Rates. Most plans do have employer rate changes. Plan changes are effective July 1, 2023. Maricopa County employees can expect to see the rates change beginning on their July 19, 2023, paycheck.

Second Phase Employee Survey

Thank you to all the employees who participated in the first phase of the ‘Clerk of Court Branding Survey’. We appreciate everyone who took the time out of their busy days to respond to our questions and give their honest answers. There will be a second phase of the branding surveys coming out soon. The second phase of the branding survey will only be three questions, and will build upon the responses we received from the first phase. Be on the lookout for an email survey invite to your inbox, which we expect to launch at the end of the June.
