The 2023 Maricopa County Combined Charitable Campaign Application is now open via DocuSign

Applications due Friday, June 2, 2023

Maricopa County invites qualifying 501(c)(3) agencies to apply for the 2023 Combined Charitable Campaign, conducted in partnership with Valley of the Sun United Way. Applying agencies must deliver services that provide direct local support to individuals and/or families in one or more of Maricopa County’s Designated Areas of Focus:
- Ensuring Youth Succeed / Early Childhood Education
- Successful Transition from Jail to Community (Reentry)
- Ending Homelessness and Hunger / Affordable Housing
- Veterans Focused Programs / Services
- Existing Relationship with a County Department or Program (Note: Previous participation in CCC is not an automatic qualifier or existing relationship)
The CCC Executive Committee reviews each organization’s compliance with the stated eligibility criteria. All applicants will be notified of the Committee's decision via email by July 2nd.

Please gather the information needed to complete the application process.
You will need:
- Primary & additional contact info
- Confirmation that your organization's status is active and in good standing with your state's corporation commission
- Programs provided & populations served
- Expense & revenue info from tax forms
- If expenses > 25%, info offered as consideration of excess above 25%
- PDFs to attach:
- IRS Determination Letter
- IRS Form 990, 990EZ, or 990N with ending date after 6-30-2021
- Annual Report unless providing URL link to report / website with info
