Quick Facts about Tasha:
Before the District:
Prior to working for the District, Tasha worked for the City of Surprise for seven years in the Community Development Department as a Development Services Assistant and later as a Specialist. She processed both commercial and resident building permits, routed documents for review for the Planning and Engineering departments as well. Prior to working for Surprise, Tasha worked for the State of Arizona for Department of Economic Development and Department of Administration. Tasha earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University and is a proud USAF veteran.
One Neat Factoid:
I currently live in Peoria with my two roommates (just kidding they are my kids) my son Amare’ is sixteen my daughter Ashley is fifteen and I have a grand-kitty named Hiro. Something fun about me is that I change my hair style often, my sense of humor and most of the time if I look like I’m in deep thought I’m just thinking about my next meal.

responsible for coordination of granting floodplain use permits and will be working with the applicants and the District reviewers to make sure the applicants are up to date
