Need A COVID-19 Test?
We’ve seen a decrease in the number of people getting tested for COVID-19. Some of this is to be expected as more residents get vaccinated. However, we encourage anyone experiencing COVID-like symptoms to get a test.
Symptoms include:
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
If you have symptoms, don’t assume it’s “just a cold.” Knowing helps you keep from spreading illness. Also, testing provides an accurate picture of how the disease is spreading in our community. Maricopa County is still holding community events where you can get tested for free.
