As of March 24, Maricopa County eligibility for COVID-19 vaccine includes anyone age 18 and over (for Moderna and Janssen) and anyone age 16 and over (for Pfizer.)
To meet the needs of essential workers and other prioritized groups, smaller pop-up events are being planned around the county. Please check eligibility before registering for any pop-up event.

Some prioritized groups include:
- Frontline essential workers (Food and agriculture workers, grocery store, convenience store, and carniceria workers, U.S. Postal Service, manufacturing workers, public transit workers, including buses, Light Rail, Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rideshare, state and local government workers, funeral home workers, and some others)
- K-12 Teachers and Staff
- Childcare workers
- Healthcare and EMS workers
- Long-term care facility residents & staff
- Law Enforcement/Protective Services Workers

Frontline Essential Workers Scottsdale
Scottsdale Safeway event now open for all frontline essential workers
When: Monday, 3/29/21 to Wednesday, 3/31/21

Vaccine: Janssen (J&J)
Populations served: Frontline essential workers only
Details: Hosted by Albertson’s/Safeway
This event is by appointment only. You must be 18 years of age or older to receive the vaccine. Please come prepared with a face mask, official photo ID, insurance card if you have one, and proof of employment (employee ID, paystub, letter from employer, letter of attestation). If you cannot provide proof of eligibility as an essential worker you may be turned away.

New appointments to be released on Tuesday 3/30 and Wednesday 3/31 at 7 pm for this event
When: Wednesday 3/31/21 and Thursday 4/1/21 (New appointments will be available on the portal at 7 pm the day before.)

Vaccine: Moderna (Note: Based on Janssen vaccine supply and availability, some registrants may qualify for Janssen vaccine.)
