Did You Miss Your School Event?
If you work in any of the following school district boundary areas, you may have been unable to attend the vaccine event they hosted previously: Phoenix Union High School District, Chandler Unified, Tolleson Union High School District, Agua Fria Union High School District, Deer Valley Unified, Saddle Mountain, Cave Creek Unified, Scottsdale Unified, Fountain Hills Unified, Paradise Valley Unified or Wickenburg Unified. If you are a K-12 staff member or childcare worker in need of first dose, you can add your name to a wait list to receive information about future events in other districts. Pop-Up Events
This past week, Public Health launched its first neighborhood pop-up vaccination event. These short-term events are meant bridge gaps in accessibility that will bring vaccine to where eligible folks are, such as more rural parts of the county or where there are high numbers of people who qualify for vaccine. You can check for openings at our Northeast Valley site at http://covidsafeaz.com/register. This event runs through Friday. More of these pop-up events will be announced soon with information shared on our website.
