A message from Supervisor Gates

Dear Friends,

2018 is officially in full swing. Spring training is here, the Phoenix Open was another success, and the Prickly Pedal continues to grow in to a world class mountain bike race.

While those community events have taken place, we have been just as busy at Maricopa County with positive work being done each and every day. My colleagues and I voted to approve early retirement for one of our favorite K9s, the District 3 Farm-City breakfast is right around the corner, and I had the pleasure of touring the Registrar of Contractors office to experience how they are working to make government more efficient.

It truly has been a great start to 2018 and I encourage all of us to get out and enjoy all that Maricopa County has to offer during the beautiful month of March.

All my best,

Bill

K9 3/7/18

Supervisor Gates and his colleagues unanimously voted to approve the adoption and early retirement of K9 Axa.
