Regional Analytics Digest | November 2019 | Maricopa Association of Governments
Inside this Issue:

Updated Arizona Employer Map Viewer

The Arizona Employer map viewer has been updated, not only with the latest data, but with a brand new look and feel. All the data and functionality you’ve come to love in the viewer is still there, but the new site loads and processes much faster than the old version. This should allow you to get the employer data you need even faster and easier! Check it out today.

Business, Jobs, and Industry Explorer

The Business, Jobs, and Industry Explorer is a new interactive dashboard that visualizes data from the Arizona COG/MPO employer database. It includes an overview of employers, jobs, and business locations, as well as information on industry clusters, key industries, and foreign-owned businesses. Users are able to filter the data by industry cluster or key industry and can also download the data as Excel spreadsheets.

MAG Commute Shed Reports

The MAG Commute Shed Reports have been updated with the most current data available. These reports show information about employers, workers, and residents within a 30-minute morning commute time to nearly 100 key intersections in the MAG region. The reports can be found in the Arizona Employer map viewer or download directly from the MAG website.

MAG Map Viewer Training

Only two sessions remaining in the 2019 MAG Interactive Map Viewer Training schedule: Wednesday, November 6 and Wednesday, December 4, both at the Arizona@Work location in downtown Phoenix.
