Public information meetings this month
The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has initiated a Design Concept Report (DCR) and environmental study to evaluate the addition of one general-purpose travel lane in each direction on a thirteen-mile stretch of Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) from Interstate 17 to Princess Drive.
The public information meetings will provide information on the multiple design alternatives that were evaluated and discuss the recommended improvement for the proposed widening of Loop 101 from I-17 to Princess Drive. Please come and give your comments on the proposed widening project.
Comments to the widening project must be received by Jan. 9, 2015 and can be submitted either by attending one of the three pubic information meetings listed below or by one of these methods:
