Office remodeling will improve customer service
PHOENIX — The Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division will temporarily close the Nogales MVD office, June 19-27 for necessary remodeling and will reopen for normal business on Friday, June 28. The MVD office is located at 3030 North Grand Avenue in Nogales.
The remodeling will consist of redesigning the office to create several improvements to the areas where MVD transactions are conducted. These enhancements are being implemented to further enhance the quality of service being provided to customers at the workstations in order to better facilitate the conducting of driver license and motor vehicle transactions.
During the time period of the remodeling, the physical office will be closed but an MVD employee will be onsite outside of the office, near the front door to receive voter registrations or to answer MVD-related questions.
The MVD offices located in surrounding areas of Green Valley, Sierra Vista and Tucson will be open for business. Approximately 35 miles from the Nogales location, the Green Valley office is located at 601 N. La Canada Drive #102, Green Valley 85614 and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (No road testing performed at this facility.
