Plan for a daytime closure of the east- and westbound I-10 on-ramps to southbound SR 85 Oct. 29

Drivers should plan to use a detour and allow extra travel time

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for the full closure of the east- and westbound Interstate 10 on-ramps to southbound State Route 85, for pavement maintenance. 

The full closure is scheduled from 7 a.m. to noon Thursday, Oct. 29.

Detour: West- and eastbound I-10 motorists may exit at Miller Road (Exit 114), head south onto Miller Road, continue south until reaching Broadway Road and turn west onto Broadway Road to connect to southbound SR 85.

Drivers should plan for heavy traffic, reduced speed limits and delays.
