Irvington

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for overnight lane restrictions along north- and southbound Interstate 19 between Ajo Way and Valencia Road from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, through Thursday, Oct. 15, as work on the I-19, Irvington Road interchange improvement project continues in Tucson.

Motorists can expect the following overnight restrictions:

  • North- and southbound I-19 will be narrowed to one lane between Ajo Way and Valencia Road.
  • A 16-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.
  • The speed limit will be reduced to 45 mph in the work zone.
