No closures or restrictions scheduled over the Fourth of July weekend
|

|
The Arizona Department of Transportation reminds drivers to plan for the following closures and restrictions as part of the Loop 101 widening project in north Scottsdale for bridge work:
PRINCESS DRIVE/PIMA ROAD (JULY 7-16)
- Princess Drive/Pima Road will be closed in both directions at Loop 101 nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, July 7, through Friday morning, July 11, and again nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Sunday, July 13, and ending the morning of Wednesday, July 16.

Westbound Detour: Drivers may consider using southbound Hayden Road to Princess Drive.

Eastbound Detour: Drivers can use the southbound Loop 101 frontage road to eastbound Bell Road to the northbound Loop 101 frontage road to access Pima Road.
FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT BOULEVARD (JULY 9-18)
- Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard will be closed in both directions at Loop 101 during the following times:
- Nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Wednesday, July 9, ending Friday morning, July 11, and again overnight Wednesday, July 16, and Thursday, July 17
- 9 p.m., Friday, July 11, to 5 a.m. Monday, July 14

Eastbound Detour: Drivers may use the southbound Loop 101 frontage road to eastbound Raintree Drive to the northbound Loop 101 frontage road to access Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard east of the closure.

Westbound Detour: Drivers may use the northbound Loop 101 frontage road to westbound Bell Road to the southbound Loop 101 frontage road to access Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard west of the closure.

Please help us promote highway safety. Speed limits are reduced to 55 mph in work zones for the safety of drivers and workers. Slow down, stay alert and be prepared to merge with caution when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
The Loop 101 Improvement Project between Princess Drive/Pima Road and Shea Boulevard is adding one general-use lane in each direction and providing other improvements along Loop 101 and at interchanges within the project’s boundaries.
