Drivers should be prepared for brief delay

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists traveling on Interstate 40 east of Kingman to plan for the following daytime lane restrictions for maintenance work:
- Eastbound I-40 will be narrowed to one lane west of Seligman (mileposts 112 to 113) from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 23.
- Westbound I-40 will be narrowed to one lane near Willow Ranch Road (milepost 88) from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 24.
- Eastbound I-40 will be narrowed to one lane east of Seligman (mileposts 144 to 145) from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, April 28.
- A 16-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.
ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around maintenance personnel and equipment in all work zones.
