KINGMAN - A drainage improvement project at Joy Lane and State Route 95 in Fort Mohave will begin Monday (April 30), according to the Arizona Department of Transportation. The work will require the closure of Joy Lane from April 30 through May 18. Motorists will be detoured to Lipan Boulevard and Mountain View Road.
