Plan for closure of US 60 in Wickenburg for Gold Rush Days Parade Saturday, Feb. 15

Drivers should expect delays

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following closures on US 60 in downtown Wickenburg that will be in place from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 15, while the annual Gold Rush Days Parade is underway:

• Eastbound US 60 will be closed through downtown Wickenburg (mileposts 107-110).

Alternate route:  Eastbound drivers can take US 60 to Vulture Mine Road and proceed north to US 93. Travel southbound on US 93 to reconnect to US 60.

• Westbound US 60 will be closed through downtown Wickenburg (mileposts 110-107).  

Alternate route:  Westbound US 60 drivers can take northbound US 93 to Vulture Mine Road and then proceed south to US 60. 

Please allow extra travel time and plan your route in advance to avoid delays.
