The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for north- and southbound lane restrictions on State Route 95 in Quartzsite beginning at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3, for paving.
The following restrictions are scheduled to occur daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. beginning Monday, Feb. 3, and ending Friday, Feb. 7:
- North- and southbound SR 95 will be reduced to a single lane between milepost 110.5 (near Senter Street) and milepost 116 (near Plomosa Road), with alternating traffic via flaggers.
- An 11-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.
- The speed limit will be reduced to 25 mph.
Long delays are likely, so travelers should allow extra travel time. Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
