UPDATE: Expect daytime lane restrictions on SR 73 between US 60 and Canyon Day through Jan. 30 for road maintenance

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for continuing daytime lane restrictions on State Route 73 between US 60 and Canyon Day through Thursday, Jan. 30, for road maintenance. 

The following restrictions will be in place Mondays through Thursdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.:

• SR 73 will be reduced to one lane only in segments with alternating north- and southbound travel between milepost 312 and milepost 331.
• Onsite flaggers and a pilot car will direct drivers through the work zone.
• Drivers should be prepared to slow down, make frequent stops and expect delays while moving through the work zone.
• Restrictions will be lifted each day after work hours.
