Southbound SR 51 lane restrictions planned overnight between Cactus and Greenway roads Nov. 24-27

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following areas of southbound State Route 51 to be narrowed to one lane nightly from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., starting Sunday, Nov. 24, and ending the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 27, for maintenance work:

  • Southbound SR 51 will be narrowed to one lane between Cactus Road and Shea Boulevard from 10 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, to 4 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25.
  • Southbound SR 51 will be narrowed to one lane between Greenway and Cactus roads from 10 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, to 4 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26.
  • Southbound SR 51 will be narrowed to one lane between Bell and Greenway roads from 10 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, to 4 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27.

ADOT advises drivers to use caution and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
