Val Vista Drive at Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) to be closed Sept. 28-Oct. 5

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for north- and southbound Val Vista Drive to be closed between Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) and Virginia Street for city of Mesa pavement maintenance from 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, to 5 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5. The following ramps also will be closed:

• The Loop 202 on- and off-ramps at Val Vista Drive

ADOT advises drivers to use caution and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
