ADOT's Weekend Freeway Travel Advisory (Phoenix Area)

Hello from ADOT. Be sure to click the Weekend Travel Advisory Map for more information about these and other closures or restrictions scheduled for improvement projects along Phoenix-area freeways (Sept. 20-23):

• Westbound I-10 closed between Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) and US 60 (Superstition Freeway) from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday (Sept. 23). Westbound US 60 narrowed to one lane approaching the I-10 transition.
• Northbound I-17 narrowed to one lane between Loop 303 and State Route 74/Carefree Highway in north Phoenix from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday (Sept. 23). Allow plenty of extra travel time while weekend restrictions are in place.
• Northbound State Route 51 (Piestewa Freeway) closed between the I-10 "Mini-Stack" interchange near downtown Phoenix and Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) in north Phoenix from 9 p.m. Friday to 9 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 21). The northbound freeway will reopen in sections (north sections first) as pavement sealing work progresses on Saturday.
