The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following overnight closure in north Scottsdale as part of the Loop 101 (Pima Freeway), Princess Drive/Pima Road to Shea Boulevard Improvements.
- Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard at Loop 101 will be closed in both directions from 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6 to 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 9, for striping, temporary traffic signal installation and work zone set up. NOTE: The north- and southbound Loop 101 frontage roads will remain open.

EASTBOUND FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT BOULEVARD: Drivers may consider using the southbound Loop 101 frontage road to eastbound Raintree Drive to the northbound Loop 101 frontage road to access Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard east of the closure.

WESTBOUND FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT BOULEVARD: Drivers may consider using northbound Loop 101 frontage road to westbound Bell Road to the southbound Loop 101 frontage road to access Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard west of the closure.
- NOTE: After this closure, the Loop 101/Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard traffic interchange will be in a diamond configuration similar to the Bell Road traffic interchange.
- NOTE: Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard will be narrowed to two lanes in each direction at Loop 101 until Fall 2025.
