Overnight lane restrictions planned on State Route 347 south of Riggs Road Aug. 8-10

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following overnight lane restrictions on State Route 347 north of Maricopa for pavement maintenance:

• Southbound SR 347 will be narrowed to one lane between Riggs Road and the Gila River Bridge (approximately mileposts 185 to 181) nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., starting Thursday, Aug. 8, and ending the morning of Saturday, Aug. 10.

ADOT advises drivers to use caution and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
