Reminder
FLAGGER REQUESTS & RE-CERTIFICATION
| Please be reminded, ATSSA Flagger certificates and cards are valid for four (4) years. When submitting the course enrollment form for any training involving Flagger certification, AZ LTAP will check each employee's training information for active flagger certification cards. Only persons within 6 months of their flagger card's expiration date will be allowed to enroll in a course to recertify. |
