Subject: Certificate of Title, Revision Distribution
The back of the Arizona title has been revised in an effort to simplify the signing for the seller and buyer. The effective use date is November 1, 2023; the titles will have a revision date of August 2023.
The department will still accept all versions of titles presented by customers.
