Loop 303 interchanges at 51st and 43rd avenues now open

The Arizona Department of Transportation has opened the new Loop 303 interchanges at 43rd and 51st avenues to traffic. The interchanges, which were constructed in less than a year, were built to facilitate access to current and planned development, including the new Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company facility, and to address continued traffic growth in the north Phoenix area. 

Additional activities will continue for the next several weeks to complete minor work items. No closures or restrictions are currently expected in order to complete the work. 

ADOT conducted the project in coordination with the Maricopa Association of Governments, the regional planning organization, the city of Phoenix and the Federal Highway Administration.
