I-40 / US 93 West Kingman Traffic Interchange Questions and Comments

Approximately 200 people attended the Jan. 25, virtual public information meeting about the design of the project, which will create a new traffic interchange at the junction of Interstate 40 and US 93 in west Kingman.

A recording of the public meeting, which included a video simulation of what the new system-to-system interchange will look like when completed, is available for viewing at Virtual Public Meeting.

The west Kingman interchange is a project designed to reduce congestion on the highly traveled route between Phoenix and Las Vegas. The new interchange is expected to improve safety, travel times and reliability with a seamless freeway connection between US 93 and I-40.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2024 and continue through 2026. Visit the website for additional information azdot.gov/WestKingman.
