The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for overnight lane restrictions on State Route 89A between State Route 89 and Glassford Hill Road in Prescott and Prescott Valley.
The following restrictions are scheduled from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays beginning Sunday evening Aug. 21, through Friday morning, Sept. 30:
- SR 89A will be narrowed to one lane of travel in each direction between SR 89 and Glassford Hill Road (mileposts 317 - 323).
- Flaggers and law enforcement will direct motorists through the work zone.
- A 16-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.
- The speed limit will be reduced.
ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around personnel and equipment while pavement repairs are underway.
The work is part of a $2.4 million pavement preservation project. For more information, visit the project web page.
