This advisory updates the restrictions that were scheduled to begin June 6.

The planned closure of Miller Road under Interstate 10 will start at a later date this summer as part of Phase 3 of construction of an improved I-10/Miller Road interchange. The Arizona Department of Transportation will provide advance notice to the public on rescheduled dates for the Miller Road closure.
The following restrictions on Miller Road will remain in place:

Miller Road to be reduced to one lane, with flagging operations between Durango Street and Tonopah Salome Highway nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through the morning of Friday, June 3, as well as 9 p.m. Sunday, June 5, to 5 a.m. Monday, June. 6.
Work will also continue along State Route 85 that will require the following restrictions nightly, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Sunday, June 5 through the morning of Friday, June 10:
- The shoulder will be closed on all four ramps connecting I-10 and SR 85.
Drivers should continue to allow extra travel time and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through work zones.
ADOT's I-10 Improvement Project will add a third lane in both directions between Verrado Way and SR 85 and also reconstruct the freeway interchanges at Watson and Miller roads. The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2023.
