Westbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) closure planned from Higley Road to Val Vista Drive Jan. 21 - 24

The Lindsay Road Interchange construction project will require a full westbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) closure between Higley Road and Val Vista Drive in the Gilbert/Chandler area from 10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, to 5 a.m. Monday, Jan. 24.

The following ramps will also be closed:

• The westbound Loop 202 on-ramps at Power, Higley, Williams Field and San Tan Village Parkway.
• Detour: Motorists traveling west on Loop 202 may consider exiting ahead of the closure and use Warner or Ray roads to Val Vista Drive to access Loop 202.

ADOT urges drivers to plan ahead for detours and travel delays; slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while the restrictions are in place.
