Expect delays on State Route 77 south of Globe starting Jan. 3

Motorists on State Route 77 between Globe and Winkelman should expect delays starting the week of Monday, Jan. 3, while crews repair flood damage between mileposts 163 and 164.

An automated flagging system will restrict traffic to a single lane in alternating directions 24 hours a day for about two months. Drivers should expect delays of up to 15 minutes.

Motorists should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
